The only information collected by The House of Ahriman is what you provide through the casting application (Google Form). This may include details such as full name, contact information, city or country of residence, age, responses to form questions, links or introductory files (if provided).

No additional information is collected or stored through the website itself beyond the casting form. Simply visiting the site's pages does not create a personal profile, except for standard server logs.

2. Storage Location and Access

All applicant information is stored directly in the Google Drive account belonging to the House of Ahriman production team. This information will never be sold, transferred, or shared with any other persons or companies under any circumstances.

Access to this information is limited solely to the primary producer of the show and, if necessary, a very small number of production and casting team members working directly under their supervision. These individuals are not permitted to use the information outside the scope of applicant review and selection.

3. Purpose of Information Use

Information provided in the casting form is used exclusively to analyze and evaluate applicants for suitability within the show's world and eligibility for further stages of The House of Ahriman. This includes initial assessment, contact for additional forms, or interview scheduling.

Applicant information will not be used for external advertising, marketing other projects, or selling data to third parties.

4. No Sharing with Third Parties

Applicant information will never be provided to any persons or organizations outside the House of Ahriman production structure under any circumstances. This information remains directly "under the producer's control" and is used only internally for participant selection.

Technical services like Google (for forms and storage) serve only an infrastructural role. Users are responsible for reviewing those services' own policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Applicant information is retained in the project's Google Drive until the start of Season 1 to facilitate review, selection, and contact. After the season begins, this information will be deleted from the space, and any related backups will typically be purged within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Updating or Deleting Your Information

To update or completely delete your application information, you must send an email from the exact same address used in your casting form to investment@ahrimanshow.com clearly stating your request (update or delete).

Only requests sent from the registered form email will be accepted. Upon receipt, we will endeavor to review and process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

All intellectual property rights related to The House of Ahriman format—including the story world, season structure, game rules, card designs, website texts, logos, images, and other graphic/video elements—are reserved by the project owner.

Any use, adaptation, commercial translation, reproduction, or creation of similar formats directly or indirectly based on this format without written permission is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Information presented on this website, including season structure descriptions, rules, prizes, and execution methods, may change during project development and production. Publishing this information does not constitute a legal commitment to execute every detail mentioned on the site exactly as described.

Final commitments and rights for all parties (participants, sponsors, and other collaborators) are defined solely in official signed contracts and documents.

11. Links to Stores and Other Sites

The House of Ahriman website generally does not link to sites it does not own; the only exception is links for purchasing program-related products through online stores.

These stores may include platforms like Amazon, Digikala, or official sponsor company websites. The House of Ahriman bears no responsibility for these sites' content, product/service quality, shipping/support, or their privacy policies/terms of use. Users must independently review those sites' conditions before purchase.

12. Nature of the Casting Form

Completing the casting form is solely for internal production team review and provides no guarantee of selection, interview invitation, or program participation. All selection decisions rest entirely with the House of Ahriman production team.

13. Official Contract and Rules Addendum

If selected for later stages, each participant will receive an official contract before program participation. Complete participation rules, along with detailed rights and obligations of both parties, will be provided as a contract addendum.

Participants must carefully review these rules and only sign and return the contract and rules addendum if they fully agree with all terms. Participation without signing and accepting these documents is not possible.

14. Age, Health, and Potential Risks

Minimum age for casting applications is 18, maximum age is 45. Applicants must state their actual age in the form; significant discrepancies may result in removal from the selection process.

Given the dark, horror theme and potential stressful situations, preference is given to participants in good physical and mental health, particularly without serious conditions like heart problems or similar issues. Responsibility for honestly disclosing medical status rests with the individual, and concealing important health information may result in removal from the process or program.
